Private Sessions

Julie offers uplifting private sessions where she incorporates Thought Field Therapy (TFT) techniques along with teachings on meditation and living a Holistic Lifestyle. Private sessions are an excellent way to receive individualized, focused support just for you. Sessions are 1 hour long and held via Google Meet or phone.

What you can expect for your first session...

After you book your appointment you will receive a confirmation email from Calendly with the link to use or phone number to call for your session, depending on which you choose.

You will receive (via email) a brief questionnaire to complete so Julie can learn about you and your goals prior to your session. You will also receive valuable information and resources that will help you get the most out of your session.

You'll have your 1 hour session with Julie, which includes TFT diagnostic testing. You will receive personalized tapping sequences for your focus.

At the end of your appointment Julie will let you know if there are any tapping sequences from the session that would be beneficial for you to repeat.
