Payment and Cancellation Policy for Private Sessions

To secure your appointment time, payment for your session is required in advance. Payment can be made via PayPal or Venmo. A PayPal invoice can be emailed to you which you can pay, or you can log into your PayPal or Venmo account and send payment to julie@tapintonow.com. Please let Julie know if you prefer to have a PayPal invoice emailed to you. A PayPal account is not required to pay an invoice. 

PayPal Instructions:
a. Log in to your PayPal account.
b. Navigate to the "Send & Request" tab or a similar option in your PayPal dashboard.
c. Click on the "Send Money" or "Send" button.
d. Enter the following email address: julie@tapintonow.com.
e. Type the amount in the designated field.
f. Choose the appropriate funding source for the payment (e.g., PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card).
g. Review the details and click the "Send" button to complete the transaction.

Venmo Instructions:
a. Open your Venmo app
b. Tap the "Pay or Request" icon located at the bottom of the screen.
c. Enter the username "JulieMCowley" or email address "julie@tapintonow.com", in the appropriate field.
d. Type the amount in the designated field.
e. Choose the funding source you prefer (e.g., linked bank account, debit card, or credit card). 

Please note that the session fee is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so and your payment will be applied to the new appointment*, as long as it is within 30 days of your original appointment time.

*If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled session, your fee will be non-transferrable to the new appointment. In such cases, a new payment will be required to secure the rescheduled session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
