Many people I’ve been speaking with recently have been having trouble with their sleep so I thought I’d share a video to help with this.
So much has been going on in the world lately and even if you think you haven’t been really affected by it, you might be more so than you realize. Oftentimes we just push through to the next focus, the next day, the next “to do”, but we rarely give ourselves times to just be – and really be with what we’re experiencing underneath the layers of distraction.
Take a moment now to just be with your experience. However you’re feeling is appropriate. Notice if you feel resistance to doing this…and be with that. Don’t push to the next moment. For a few minutes now, just do nothing.
The stress and worry we carry around with us can have a significant impact on our sleep. It makes it harder for us to relax and enjoy a rejuvenating sleep.

You can also use this technique if you wake up in the middle of the night to help you get back to sleep. If you have a history of sleep issues, you can use this while focusing on the stress you feel about getting to sleep.

In addition to tapping, it’s also beneficial to get daily exercise, eat a balanced diet, and meditate regularly.
