Diagram of Tapping Points

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is the original tapping method that was discovered by Dr. Roger Callahan over 30 years ago. It's based on the combined principles of Chinese medicine and contemporary clinical psychology. It is an effective, evidence-based healing modality that resolves emotional, psychological, and physical issues at the root cause.

TFT taps into nature's healing code and provides emotional renewal, quickly and safely with no side effects and without having to go through years of therapy ~ and you can self-apply it. As in acupuncture, TFT works by stimulating your energy system. Instead of using needles, though, you tap points on your body (called meridian points) while being focused on a particular thought field (issue, problem, trauma, painful memory, etc).

Watch this video to learn how you can reduce and alleviate physical pain, and speed up your body's natural recovery process for injuries, chronic pain, and more, with TFT Tapping. TFT stimulates your natural healing system and is similar to acupuncture (without the needles) and can be self-applied. Try this technique now and see the results for yourself.

Julie Cowley interviews co-developer of Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Joanne Callahan. Joanne's late husband, Dr. Roger Callahan, discovered TFT Tapping over 30 years ago. Watch this video to learn how TFT was discovered, how it's helping with trauma relief around the world, and how it can be used to catapult you in achieving life goals.

In this video, you will learn how to do the Thought Field Therapy (TFT) Trauma Relief Technique. It may look weird or seem unbelievable that something like tapping places on your body could help with feeling better, but people all over the world have shared their testimonies of it for over 30 years.

If you are suffering from the distress of a trauma, give this a try. You might be surprised at how tapping some meridian points on your body can help you feel more at ease and relaxed...in just minutes.

If, after going through this a couple of times, you find you want more relief, do the Collarbone Breathing Exercise.  Then repeat the Trauma Relief Technique.

Please note: While general tapping sequences work about 80% of the time and are highly effective, occasionally a more specific tapping sequence is needed. If you do not experience relief from a tapping video, I recommend a one-on-one session where you can receive the diagnostic level of TFT and a personalized tapping sequence for your particular needs.
