Payment and Cancellation Policy for Private Sessions
PAYMENT:
Payment for your session is due upon completion of your appointment. Payment can be made via PayPal or Venmo. A PayPal invoice can be emailed to you, or you can log into your PayPal or Venmo account and send payment per the instructions below. Please let Julie know if you prefer to have a PayPal invoice emailed to you. A PayPal account is not required to pay an invoice.
PayPal Instructions:
You may pay via the Tap Into Now PayPal link.
Venmo Instructions:
a. Open your Venmo app
b. Tap the "Pay or Request" icon located at the bottom of the screen.
c. Enter the username "JulieMCowley" or email address "julie@tapintonow.com", in the appropriate field.
d. Type the amount in the designated field.
e. Choose the funding source you prefer (e.g., linked bank account, debit card, or credit card).
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, to maintain the integrity of our schedule and so we can make appointments available to others, we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Rescheduling or Cancellation: If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, or if you miss your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee. We want to make the appointment available for other clients and in order for us to do that we need appropriate notice.
