Just breathe...
(Of course you're breathing, but... are you aware and wakeful?)
Take a few minutes now to just focus on your breath. Balance your awareness inward.
Through an increase in balance toward an inward focus, versus the dominant external focus, you will enjoy an increase in wholeness and fulfillment.
So set your timer for 5 minutes and take a balance break. Just focus on your breath. When thoughts arise, notice them and then bring your awareness back to your breath.
Stay with it... and see what shifts in you. Allow your breath to bring you into greater present moment awareness and stillness.
Repeat this a few times a day to support your balance and inner peace.
