Life gets busy, but that’s truly not an excuse to let go of (or not start) one of the most important things we can do for our well-being and happiness. In meditation we can go beyond the busy-ness of the mind and all of the reactive thoughts that we are unconsciously attached to. This is possibly with a regular practice.

With daily meditation, we grow, we learn, we inquire, we let go of, we tune in, we allow, we balance inward, we get a little more quiet, we go beyond the mind into our radiant essence. We can hear the subtle wind of our true selves and begin to experience unity, peace…well-being that we thought wasn’t possible.

This is the time. How about taking 5 minutes right now to meditate and tune into “you”? Close your eyes and just focus on your breath. When you notice your mind wander (and it most likely will), gently bring your focused attention back to your breath. Do not try to make anything happen. Just be….with you…all of “you”.
