Would you like to clear blocks to healthy eating? Do you feel like no matter how good your intentions are, you keep choosing the foods or drinks that are not best for your health?

In a recent post, I shared with you a video on how to clear blocks to making healthy life choices. This included a guided tapping exercise for correcting for “Psychological Reversals” related to this focus.

In this new video, you will specifically focus on making the best food and beverage choices for your well-being.

When you are “reversed”, it can show up in your experience as self-sabotage. Fortunately, by tapping the meridian points shown in this video you can correct for a reversal you might be having around making better choices.

Follow along with this tapping exercise to overcome self-sabotage and align with life-affirming choices. It only takes a few minutes to do.

If you’re wanting to make some changes in this area of your life, you could do this 1 to 3 times a day on a daily basis for a while. This will assist you in gaining momentum in shifting your behavior… and choosing the best food/beverages that nourish your body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

Finally, I have a question for you. If you could have a private conversation with me, what two questions would you like to ask me?

Leave a comment or email me your questions at julie@tapintonow.com.

That’s all for now, take care!

Warmly,

Julie

P.S. Please send me your questions – what two questions would you like to ask me? What do you need help with? I won’t always be able to answer individually… but I will try to answer them in a post/video/course.
