In this guided Thought Field Therapy (TFT) tapping exercise, you will tap for releasing stress and worry so you can experience greater love, peace of mind, and present moment awareness. If you're feeling worried about COVID-19, focus on whatever you are most fearful of about COVID-19 during the tapping exercise so you can transform this fear, amplify your heart energy, and feel more calm.

You can repeat this tapping exercise more than once, if needed. You can also repeat this tapping exercise while focusing on different aspects around COVID-19 that worry you (e.g. being around other people, fear of getting sick, fear of death, worries about money, fear of travel, etc). If you find you'd like more relief after doing this a couple of times, you can do the Collarbone Breathing Exercise.

Repeat this as often as you'd like or on a daily basis for an ongoing centering technique. Tune into your heart and expand love from within.
