In this video, I share with you my “go to” technique for immediate relaxation (besides meditation). It’s called the TFT Collarbone Breathing Exercise.
This is a Thought Field Therapy technique that aligns your energy system and helps you to feel more balanced, at ease, relaxed, and peaceful.
If you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, overwhelm, fear, etc. try doing this a couple of times a day. You can do it once in the morning when you wake up and once before you go to bed (and as often as needed).
The Collarbone Breathing Exercise can also be used in addition to other Tapping or wellbeing techniques. For example, you can do this after the TFT Trauma Relief Technique if you’re wanting to feel even more relaxed.
I do this at least once a day and teach all of my clients how to do this, so I wanted to make it available to everyone. It’s a life-changer.
