Recently I was asked by a YouTube subscriber to do a video to help her overcome feeling disconnected from other people, so she could be more “open and free to share herself and communicate freely.”

This is a really common experience. I think it’s pretty safe to say, from time-to-time, we all feel nervous in social interactions. As we grow and expand and move forward in life, it’s going to happen. That’s completely OK, but we can use this technique (Thought Field Therapy Tapping) to transform our nervousness and be more fully self-expressed from the present moment.
